Using NOKIA N78 as GPRS modem

is there any way to use my nokia n78 as gprs modem to connect my computer to internet

using bluetooth, fedora detects my mobile only for file transfer not as a modem

Have you tried to add a mobile broadband connection under NetworkManager after pairing your phone? I do this with my Motorola SLVR.

That's odd, nokia's phones usually have bluetooth dun support. btw have you confirm that with other bluetooth software like bluez and wammu?

try sdptool:
$ sdptool browse

if your phone support dun, there should be a line like this "Service Name: Dial-up Networking" from your result
