Intel 82541PI Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 05)

Hi,
I just installed Fedora 13 (x86_64) and found that my Intel 82541PI Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 05) failed to initialize properly. Here are the pertinent details:

# lspci output:

dmesg output:

I have two other Ethernet nics on this host and only one works (RTL 8169).

Thanks for any insights you might have.
