no login after disabling autologin

Hi,

it tried to test the autologin mechanism, now i have to decided to go back to normal
login on fc14 under gnome, but the login screen doesn't appear any longer.
The autologin was activated with accounts-login and disabled by removing the two
lines below

[daemon]

AutomaticLoginEnable=True
AutomaticLogin=martin

Is there a way to correct this, without del the user profile ?


The custom.conf looks like this:
# cat /etc/gdm/custom.conf

# GDM configuration storage

[daemon]

[security]

[xdmcp]

[greeter]

[chooser]

[debug]

it's strange, after restore the original /etc/pam.d/gdm file and changing the autologin
settings with the program accounts-dialog, everthing works as aspected.

# cat /etc/gdm/custom.conf
# GDM configuration storage

[daemon]

AutomaticLoginEnable=False
AutomaticLogin=root

[security]

[xdmcp]

[greeter]

[chooser]

[debug]

[TheBigRed]

Sorry problem occurs again, the workaround at the moment is to use the keyboard
shortcut strg/alt/backspace.
