How to create boot disk with controller card drivers?

I do not have a DVD drive and my mobo does not allow booting from USB. I have the floppy drivers so Fedora can recognize the drive attached to the controller at boot. I can not figure out how to copy the drivers to the boot floppy. I am using rawwritewin.exe and diskboot.img to create the floppy. From there, I am unable to copy the driver files to the floppy: "mvSata.c" for example.

How do I create a bootable floppy and copy the controller drivers to that floppy from windows?
