Driver card reader laptop

Hi, I have a laptop Packard Bell easynote mx52. It has a integrated card reader Ricoh, but I don't have a idea how to use it, I like someone oriented to me.

chances are that it will detect and use it without doing anything on your part..

What happens when you put a card in the card reader?

At a first approach, I'll check messages related to this reader in dmesg output
Next, insert a card in your card reader and note resulting messages in dmesg output
