LXDE Switching Audio Devices

Basically, I just want skype to work with my headset.
I have no idea how to get pulseaudio to use my headset instead of my onboard soundcard.
What command or utility can I use to achieve this?
With pulseaudio built-into fedora skype can only see pulseaudio server, no other device.
I need help on getting pulseaudio to use other device.

Run pavucontrol, you may need to install it, and look at the input and output devices.

Not sure how that affects Skpe as I don't use it but there are plenty of threads about it previously.

They should really include it by default instead of gmixer.
Audio switching capability is pretty important.
Fat chance I'll convince a dev of that haha.
