Dell Latitude

Hi, I just got a free and kind of old laptop. It is a Dell Latitude D520. I wanted to know if Fedora 14, and possibly 15 would work on it?

Thanks

Re: Dell Latitude

If it's to original spec. ( i.e. not upgraded ) it has 512Mb RAM, so F14 should run, but it might not be blindingly fast, depending on which desktop and apps. you chose to install.

EDIT The video card appears to be an Intel GMA950, which should work ( according to one report I found in ' Laptops running Fedora '
Here's a link to the Wikepedia entry for the Dell Latitude family, the 520 seems to have used a fair selection of wi-fi cards!
