Switching from Ubuntu with two questions

I'm a long time Linux user (started on Redhat 5.2) that stopped using Fedora a few years ago and switched exclusively to Ubuntu for one single reason: it was easy.

Well, I decided to come "home" to Fedora because I wanted a native Gnome 3 environment (I'm running FC15). However, I'm looking for two guides that I can't seem to find but I know have to exist:

- how to install restricted software. There has to be an easy walkthrough of what packages I'm missing for video, mp3, etc. I have the RPM Fusion repos installed, but I'm just not sure which packages I need.

- How to set up Apache with MySQL and Ruby Rails. There are a few guides to installing Rails with MySQL support, but I'm very new to web development and would like to use Apache as it's what I'm most familiar with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Easy answer to your first question is to click on the Fedora Set-Up Guides (above) and then on the FedoraPlus link. Our Admin, Dangermouse, has done a great job with this multi-package.

I literally just found those. I'm guessing the guide for FC14 will work for 15.

I really need to get a rails environment setup, though, so if anyone has any help with that, it would be most appreciated.

And, yes, FedoraPlus set up my F15 system perfectly. There's a warning that Dangermouse has posted about F15 though:

Warning if you are testing fedoraplus on F15, be aware the vbox option wont work, as vbox have not made a f15 repo yet, however there should be one when
f15 is released.
