how to install program in fedora live usb

can i install programs in my fedora 15 usb
i haven't installed it in my computer but if i install a program will i be able to use it again the next time i boot fedora from my usb

If you have added "Persistent Storage" when creating the live-usb-stick you should be able to store files and applications.

and can i add it using unetbootin

I don't know about unetbootin, but you can do it with Fedora live USB creator

Fedora is best for self-installation automatically, imho ( v. Ubuntu)

IF you have persistent storage or not . . .
you can install a program with the yellowdog update manager - yum
but yes, everyone is of course right in that you wont be able to use it next time without persistence on the usb stick.

Fedora is by far the best . . . yum install or pick from yumex usually automatically also installs.

Also rpm packages will if entered/clicked on often automatically self-install.
