Switching to F15 - Secure accounts

Hi everyone,

In the upcoming days I will be formatting my F14 box and switching to F15. Now I have offered a friend to use some of my storage (8TB) as a ackup for her personal files/photos. I want to set it up so that she can be sure she is the only one having acces to it (so not even I can read them as root).

How can I set this up. encryption? account configuration?

Most likely she will upload via secure FTP.

She trusts me, but I want to provide her with the piece of mind that it is not accessible by anyone but her.

Any suggestions are welcome

Jacco

Re: Switching to F15 - Secure accounts

ok, so far I looked into truecrypt, but I guess this is not what I am looking for. I don't really want to make a seperate secure partition in which I have to set up the password because it defeats the purpose. I could have her only upload encrypted files (user side) but is it not possible for her to SSH the files (or sftp) and have them encrypt on-the-fly with a password she set up?

She already assured me I don't need to do this (she trusts me) but I want to have it in place anyway. Upload --> Encrypt / Decrypt --> Download

anyone?

ps. she is not a cmd line girl, so no gpg manual encryption ....
