Google Chrome link tool tips

Ive noticed these tool tips since changing back to FC15, not to say it hasnt been a problem on other distro's but it appears to be more noticeable, or my patience is wearing thinner either or.

Ive done some googling and found no answers, but thought it was worth a shot asking here.

Ive attached a link to a screenshot

As you can see the tool tip persists even after the cursor is off the link..
