Unable to start Wifi after disabling it

I have a broadcom bcm4311 wifi adapter. It was working fine until recently I disabled wifi from network manager.

Now i am unable to re-enable it even after restarting the networking manager, or fedora itself.

How can i enable it?

Do you have a second OS in your computer? It might be able to enable it.

For apparently no reason the wifi in my netbook (Atheros, BTW), "drops dead" after several hibernation procedures, and the only way (easiest at least) of getting it back is by rebooting the machine, entering the other OS (Linpus Linux, which happens to have full grasp of the hardware), enabling it there, and then getting back to Fedora. Perhaps someone can give an explanation to this apparently "hard-wired" hardware.

Good luck,
Joe.

Try:

Code:
rfkill list
if your interface is in a blocked state, try to unblock it with:

Code:
rfkill unblock IDENTIFIER
