KVM on Fedora 16

Dear All

I was trying to install kvm, and the process ended up with:

Error: Protected multilib versions: libvirt-client-0.9.4-1.fc16.x86_64 != libvirt-client-0.9.6-1.fc16.i686

Is it supposed to install many packages from i686, although I have x86_64?
Is Fedora 16 ready for "group Virtualization" install ?

Thanks.

Re: KVM on Fedora 16

It should not need any i686 packages on x86_64 at all as far as i know.

I gather yum groupinstall "virtualization" is broken.

Please see bugzilla.redhat.com for any reports regarding this issue and if needed consider filing a bug report.

Re: KVM on Fedora 16

You installed with or used updates-testing (which is by default enabled in prerelease versions of f16), but then later disabled it?

So, it's unable to find the version you have installed.

either:

yum distro-sync

or

enable the updates-testing repo
