Install multiboot fedora on Macbook with startup disk selector tool

I would like to install fedora on a harddrive partition on an intel mac and boot it using OSX startup disk selector tool, which basically means keeping it all on it's own partition (I can make a swap partition if necessary).

Is it possible? If so, I'm looking for good instructions.
