Gnome 3 wont load

Hi,

I saw a few people said the when the fall back mode loads it it usually the Ndiva driver. Is there a way for me to see if my machine is compatible or not? My Dell first wouldn't load and then did when I did a fresh install(long story) That said my LG Laptop usually has no issues, no propriety drivers ;-).
