Installing RAlink 3090 wireless card Driver on Fedora 13

please help me to Install RAlink 3090 wireless card Driver on Fedora 13 .
I downloaded the driver from Ralink site and read the Readme file but I couldn't make and build it so please give the instruction my Os is Fedora 13
