Need configuration guide for Openldap and Samba.

hi,
I have two computers connected connected with each others one is Fedora 16 & other is windows xp in my non production enviroment. Prior I have already configure samba but now I want to use samba with ldap for users authentication. I have already google it but to configure it 1st time there are many things minxed with which is confusing me .Kindly can you please guide me the minimum configuration steps for it.

Have you googled this at all? The reason I ask is that there are many guides out there, but many are hard to follow, so it can be helpful if you say, I read this guide but couldn't understand it.
