Question Error login ProFTPd Server

I'm working on my final project to make a File Server using ProFTPd software and MySQL. I have configured the ProFTPd and MySQL. But, I can't login to ftp server
there is an error message:
421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
Login failed.
No control connection for command: No such file or directory

and also there is an error message I found in /var/log/proftpd/proftp.log:
mod_sql/4.3: unrecoverable backend error: (1045) Access denied for user 'proftpd'@'localhost' (usingpassword : YES)

but, I have not found any error messages in mysql.log

If you have the way to troubleshoot this problem, please share it with me. thank you
