Unable to install plugins in Fedora 16

Am using Fedora 16. Recently i am facing a problem with browsing sites. In evey website i am getting a pop up showing "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" but when i click "Install missing plugins" i am getting "No suitable plugins were found" error. How do i fix this error. Its very annoying. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

You'll likely find what you need if you click on the Fedora Set-Up Guides link.

Firefox designed that menu to install plugins from adobe website in windows OSes. But firefox did not integrate properly those options with linux.

Follow the setup guides as glennzo suggested, you shall find the way!
