Font File True -need beginner's level of help

I'm a bit of a Fedora noob honestly, and the help guides that are on solving the problem are confusing to me.

I'm unable to boot my laptop successfully because it "cannot open font file True". I'm only running on Fedora at the moment, no other OS. I have a Fedora live iso disc should I need it.

Another error I keep getting is: "Kernal Panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)".

Help?

For the "kernel panic", have you already looked at this thread?

Just FYI - the "cannot open font file True" error is not keeping your system from booting. You can safely ignore that for later.

The Kernel Panic, however, is a whole 'nuther story. That's a fatal error is what's stopping your boot.
