Unhappy yum downlaoding pkgs from fc2

hi,
i upgraded from fc2 to fc3 with apt-get the,yum was also upgraded to yum-2.1.12-43.rhfc3.at ,now when i am using yum for installation of packages,it is downloading the old packages of fc2 rpms,this is yum.conf:

You seem to still have the yum.conf for FC2 - there are several different ways to use yum in FC3 - here's a yum.conf that's part of the Unofficial FC3 FAQ http://www.fedorafaq.org/samples/yum.conf

With fc 3 you have to create your repos yum for updates and installation of other software. More here.
