AT&T pcmcia card

Did anyone had an experience of working with AT&T pcmcia wi-fi cards? Was that a successful experience? Just going to buy one and kinda interesting before trying to do it myself.

Are they actually manufactured by AT&T? Lucent perhaps or somebody else with a lucent chipset? Do you have a model number and name?

I don\t know about manufacturer - model is 6700G
