LCD display on Acer Aspire 1620

Hi,

I just installed Fedora core 3 on my Acer Aspire 1620.. and Fedora doesnt recognise my LCD.. :S The graphics card is detected correctly though..
I tried to search around but apparenty not many people own this model..

Could someone guide me in the right direction as to what i should do :S
This is the first time iv ever installed linux so i dont know much about it..

Open terminal and run:

Code:

system-config-display

go to HARDWARE TAB and under monitor select Generic LDC display and select your resolution. That's what I use in my compaq pressario laptop.

Yah thanks.. already figured that out though.. dunno how I missed it the first time :S

Fedoras up and running now!!
