Question /etc/cron.daily/yum.cron: Error: python-devel conflicts with python < 2.3.4-13.1

Hello, Fedora Community

I need some help with this Im new to fedora and I do apreciate it.
Today I got this message from the server. how do I fix this problem ? And what Am I doing wrong
when I try to update by yum it tells me that also.

/etc/cron.daily/yum.cron:

Error: python-devel conflicts with python < 2.3.4-13.1
