apt/synaptic: packages from a specific repo

How can I configure apt to get certain packages (e.g., apt and synaptic) from a specific repo (e.g., dag, which is http://apt.sw.be/...)? That is, apt and synaptic packages are from multiple repos such as dag and freshrpm, but I want to get them only from dag though freshrpm might have newer versions.

Thanks.

yur
