Resolution Limited to 800x600
My resolution is limited to 800x600. My card and monitor can obviously go higher, but when I check the desktop properties (I'm not at my computer right now, so forgive me if I use improper terminology) the maximum resolution it lets me select from the dropdown box is 800x600. I would attempt to fix this via a .conf file, but I'm new to Linux and don't know where to look for such things.
Relevant Specs:
Graphics card - ATI Radeon AIW 7500
Motherboard - ASUS A7V880 [Via KT880 chipset]
OS - KDE under Fedora Core 4

I had the same problem initially. What you need to do is go to the display settings and change the monitor to the kind you have. It must be set to default right now. thats why you have a max resolution of 800X600.
