Is there any linux browser that can view apple trailers?

when I come across quicktime file on a webpage I do the following:
1) browser -> show source -> search "mov"
2) filename copy -> paste into url windows -> download

you probably can stream it in your browser via mplayer plugin, but I'm not sure about it.

Yep, you can. Just do a:

yum install mplayerplug-in

and it will install the plugin for Mozilla Firefox, so all movies (incl. quicktime movs) will be embedded in the webpage.

I've used mplayer and it's mozilla plugin to display quicktime files. Just be sure that you have all the necessary codecs installed in the right directory and that they have the proper permssions.

It's not 100% but for most simple embeded movies, they played just fine.
