Creating an updated Fedora 3 Boot CD

Can someone tell me where to obtain or build updated Fedora Core 3 boot CD's ?
I need a boot CD with a newer kernel.
Having an updated anaconder install system would be good as well ...

Becuse we are using FC3 for past projects that need support. We can't just simply update
to FC4.
I have spent a lot of time looking on the internet for how to create a FC3 or even FC4
boot/install disk and have yet to come up with a method. It is easy to create a simple
boot CD but how do you create a new boot.iso image for installing the system with an updated
kernel and Anaconda package.
In the days of RedHat 7,8,9 there where updated boot.iso images produced and available ....
Any pointers please ...

Terry
