sound problem at startup with gnome

Hi

I'm using Gnome and the sound is working fine exept that at statup it is always mute.

I've already tested alsamixer to unmute the sound then
alsactl store
to save the settings but the sound remains mute at each startup of gnome.

Any idea ?
