Missing file? in F8 on start-up
I just re-installed F8 onto my laptop after an unseccesful foray with F9. It has an ATI X1400 GPU. After I installed the video driver, I got the following interesting message upon reboot:
FGLRX.ko missing
Kmod.fglrx will not load until one is found.
Does any one know what that might mean?
Thanks,
linesma

Yes: the kernel driver module for the video driver is missing. Install it. See leigh123@linux HOW-TO in "Guides and How-Tos" forum. for details on ATI/FGLRX.
