FC11: not allow some users to receive email?

I'm using Sendmail. Is there a way to configure Sendmail to not receive email?

I have a couple of user accounts where I want to disable email completely.

I would also like to change my root account so that it only recieves email from the system- such as the logwatch daily email. My root account is getting a ton of spam...

Thanks much for any advice- sendmail is such a bear to configure...
