realtek 8167 not detected under FC5

I have a new motherboard with realtek 8167 NIC's onboard. lspci shows Realtek Semiconductor Unknown Device 8167.

I could only find reference on the realtek site to 8168 NIC. I tried compiling that driver but my kernel (2.6.17) seems incomptible since I get error:

unknown struct skb_shared_info has no member name gso_size (in r8168_n.c)

Can anyone help?
