radio kill switch functionality broken with updated F12 kernels

First tried in the x64 section:

Then tried in the laptop section:

Original Fedora ( works great!
Fedora ( broken!
Fedora ( broken!
Fedora ( broken!

Does anyone have a workaround? In software I can turn the WLAN on, but Bluetooth isn't happening. Ideas?
