bluetooth internet says device busy /dev/rfcomm..

I try to connect to internet throgh my nokia 2630.i have configured it as follows...


once it is connected...after that it says /dev/rfcomm0 is busy..how can i free it..???

one another error is /dev/rfcomm0:host is down...what is the meaning of this..?

how can i correct this...?
