Question Launching Application Using Mono ie permissions

I installed the pro version of Keepass using wine and found out it was a .NET application. I installed mono and I can launch it with "mono KeePass.exe" as root. However, I cannot create a program launcher. Can I lower permissions on mono? I don't really want to have to type in an administrator password AND a KeePass password. Any help would be appreciated.
