Mount problem with F16 64Bit

Howdy, i installed the 64bit version of fedora
whenever i try to launch "Disk Managment" (i know it's XFCE, but it's just a frontend!) it says:

"There are no fileshystems which you are allowed to mount or unmount. Contact your Administrator"
Is there any solution for my problem!?!?
Thanks in Advance
