Question su slow due to pam_xauth.so

I am experiencing long delay when I do a su to another user.

The culprit is pam_xauth.so, if I coment it out in /etc/pam.d/su then the delay disapears but I lose the xauth tokens and I have to fiddle by hand.

I saw this http://lists.pld-linux.org/mailman/p...ry/020827.html but is dated three years ago.

Any suuuuggestion appreciated.

Many thanks
