Alt + F2, How to add your own shortcut(s)?

    Hello,

I would be grateful for a hint.

    Thanks :-)

It's not really clear what you're asking for. Are you using GNOME 3? (If you're using Fedora 15 or newer, and didn't explicitly ask for a different desktop, then you probably are.) Assuming so: Alt+F2 is already taken for running entering and executing command-lines. You can change existing short-cuts and add new ones in System Settings->Keyboard->Shortcuts.

Sorry. It's Fedora 16. I have a new application, call it 'aptana'. My intention was to use the Alt+F2 that executes commands to run the application.

I figured that out. I added to $PATH variable a folder where I placed a link to the application.
