Hi.
I investigated hardware of my laptop with Fedora 26 X64 bit.
I have many deficiency ! Most important is dedicated VGA (Radeon R7 M265). I know that it is supported by current kernel BUT SUPPORT DISABLED BY DEFAULT.
Please is there news about enable support by default in kernel for this VGA ? I was informed that it will be enabled at kernel 4.13 Is this still correct or it will be delayed for kernel 4.14 ?
Also, it seem that there are other hardware need drivers in my laptop ! I know open source Radeon driver: xorg-x11-drv-amdgpu But I do not know drivers needed for other hardware ...
Please see following output (I will post them 1 per each post):
Code:
$ lspci | grep VGA
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 5500 (rev 09)
