dependancies for ipw2200 rpms

I have installed all of the rpms needed for my ipw200 wireless card but i did not do this through yum i downloaded them manually. now when i try to do a yum update to update all of my packages it says that ipw2200-firmware=2.2 is needed when in fact i have 2.2-5 installed. can anyone tell me how to fix this or at least how to tell it not to try and update those packages.
