lost FireFox profile - HELP

I think I may have accidentally deleted my FireFox (Mozilla?) profile and now all my bookmarks, history, cookies, themes, etc. are gone. Is there a way to restore or undelete a profile?

If you trashed it, there's no getting it back. If you just moved it, then move it back.
