Minimal Install - Something's missing...

So I decided I would do a minimal install of fedora 13; I un ticked most things I know i don't need, but must have missed something by mistake (or it could be a "feature").

Evolution does not notify me when I have new mail. It used to give a little pop up and then a mail icon would a appear next to the clock. Now I have to manually check if 'I've got mail'... Any suggestions?

(btw, stop being lazy and check you mail yourself is not classed as a solution )

I'm going to assume that you're running GNOME (which would be a helpful thing to know).. Did you uninstall the mail-notification package?

Ooops, I use GNOME so often I forget there are other flavours. Thanks, I will check about the mail-notification.
