Unhappy Dell Venue 7140 Suspend Mode is not working

I have a problem with Fedora and the suspend mode on a Dell Venue 7140.
The Screen goes black and the Tablet restart automatic after few minutes.
I have the kernel patch installed (https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102281 ) so the Power button works.

Can you help me to fix the problem?
