Question password issues on forum

i cannot log in with the new password when i change it manually.

only the one mailed to me works

The one that was mailed to you would have been the one that you set. We do not modify it. If you want a different password and are having issues, PM me and I"ll change it manually.

ok it works now. somehow there was some difficulty updating my email address but now that my correct email address got in the system it seems to be working

it doesn't last. works for a few minutes, but someone else is getting in there and changing it

It is highly unlikely that anyone is changing your password. Perhaps, it might be good to double check what is being input.

Alternatively, if you PM me your preferred password, I can change it and we can give this another try.
