Dynamic DNS & me

Hello, I am trying to get inadyn to automatically update my BellSouth DSL via http://freedns.afraid.org

I have a script in /etc/iandyn.conf

#<Your Username>
# <Your Password>
<Your DynDNS Hostname>
update_period 60000
background http:/

& I know wht my user name, logon & what I call this FC box that I want to use, but what should be the background http? Also, once I actaully get the correct info, how do I "run"* the configg.

*For me one of the biggest problems is linux is finding & running (as opposed to double-clicking an exe in Windows) little scripts/configs like this.

I prefer the no-ip.org service, for no other reason than they have an excellent writeup on how to set up the dynamic update client and it's been very reliable for me.
