Exclamation Additional plugins are required

I'm going to a web site, www.calracing.com and try to run the live video from Hollywood Park and a plugin is required to show the video. The site has a download for the plugin but Firefox comes up with "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" with a "install Plugins" button. The download on the page disappears and using the button doesn't find any plugins.

Can anyone send me in the right direction?

I running Fedora 7 in VMware.

I'm going to guess that you need the java plug-in - do you have it? Type "about:plugins" (without the quotes) in your address bar, hit enter, and see if java is on the list. If not, you'll have to install it. Do a search on this website or google for a HOW-TO, there are plenty to be found.

I tried this page and got mplayer plugin, so you probably either need the mplayer plugin or it's codecs for unsupported media formats. unfortunately there was no live video available when I tried it so I can't tell you which codecs. (I think you'll get them all in 2 step install).
I don't have a direct link but a forum search for mjmwired+F7 should get you the installation guide for F7. (if there is one available) and that should tell you how to get mplayer and the codecs.

Thanks for the pointers. I found what I was looking for at http://rpm.livna.org/rlowiki/ This site had all the plugins.

I will find out Wednesday if this works. That's when the races are on again.
