Sound coming out both Speakers and Headphones

Hello everyone,

I'm running Fedora 7 on a Toshiba A135-S2356 laptop. It's been working relatively well -- I initially had some trouble getting the sound to work but that is now running smoothly. The only problem is when I plug in headphones, the sound comes out both the laptop speakers and the headphones. I've been playing with sound mixers, but can't get anything to work. I've seen tutorials to fix this problem with Ubuntu, but none that would work for Fedora.

Any suggestions anyone could give would be great.
