My X session fails after input the password in GDM screen.
If I log in as root, it works.
If I make a new user, the new user can log into X.
But own one cannot log into X.
After hit Ctrl+Alt+F1, I can log into terminal mode.
In the '~/.xsession-erros' file, there's only 3 line.
Code:
Launching a SCIM daemon with Socket FrontEnd...
Loading simple Config module ...
Creating backend ...
I googled. I look into the '/var/log/Xorg.0.log', '/var/log/messages', and some other log files.
But I couldn't find any clue.
I suspect some applet in the panel which show the status of battery.
Just before the reboot that fail entering session, I updated some packages, and I noticed that the battery monitoring applet behaves wired.
I hoped that it would turn no normal after reboot, but it wasn't.
I am searching and waiting for any clues.
I want to know where can I get any clues.
I want to know what configuration files affect to the user's session.
Thank you for your concern...
