Dual head on Dell Optiplex GX620

I am desperately trying to get two monitors working with my machine here in my lab. I have two monitors hooked up to it: one (left) 1600X1200 the other (right) 1280x1024.

I cannot use the built-in tool to arrange them how I want.

Xrandr is no longer reporting two screens, but at my last reboot it was.

I'm so lost without a 'real' xorg.conf file.
