Xen Dom0 question

I would like to upgrade my fedora 8 server to fedora 9 or 10 but I can't because its running a xen dom0 kernel.
I found this link
in the xen users mailing list that contains fedora dom0 kernels version 2.6.29, does anybody know if these can be used to my purpose or how to contact the autor (I mean contact somebody registered in fedorapeople) to ask directly?
